google invites for adsense publisher

It appears that Google is not giving out holiday gifts this year, as expected. But in a surprise twist, AdSenseAdvisor in a WebmasterWorld thread basically invited all 'good standing' AdSense publishers out for lunch at Google.

First, AdSenseAdvisor explained that she/he doesn't "know about gifts this year," and added that she/he "haven't heard anything" about it. AdSenseAdvisor then goes on to invite AdSense publishers out for Christmas lunch!

If you're a publisher in good standing with AdSense and you're ever in the Bay Area, shoot me a private message and I'd be happy to invite you to lunch at Google.

So, if you are upset you didn't get a holiday gift from Google and want to go out for lunch with AdSenseAdvisor, you know what to do. Go to the WebmasterWorld and send AdSenseAdvisor a private message.

In related news, WebmasterWorld moderator, martinibuster, said he sent Google a thank you Christmas card. He explained in a WebmasterWorld thread:

good keywords are required for success with google adsense

I often search google and other search engine and for some keyword i always get same result. I dont understand how people manage to get thier wesbsite in the first five listing on the search page. What about people who have website from a year or two and they have not even completed 1000 hits on the site. Blog are interesting way of sharing things but trust me its keywords which is you master key. There are so many adsense keywords but none of them seems to works for many sites. So what is different with those sites that they are always ranked in the first five. It is not only keywords and you can try that by putting all the keywords in the meta tags from few of the succesful sites but still there will be no results. There are many other things that we need to consider while we try to optimize our blog to get more traffic. Only one thing you need to consider is links to external sites and links coming to your sites. Your content is your main element just remember that you used hot keywords in the content as well

People trust google because google is big name. What's there in the big name? Why people believe in big names? Answers to all these is people trust they will get payment on time and no check will be dishonored. But do you know the fact there are couple of incident where people are complaining that there check was bounced. Great Isn't it? Are they lying or is it just the begining of something worse.
